Answer:
Hint: You need to Download and install "Replace Pioneer" on windows platform to finish following steps.
1. open "Tools->Batch Runner" menu
2. drag all files to "Batch Runner" window
3. change "set output fileanme" entry to:

4. click "File rename", all files will be move to the folder named by filename.
Note: if you click "Copy/Download" button instead, new files will be created, and original file will not be moved.
