Assume file B.txt is in folder d:\test\
1. ctrl-o open file A
2. ctrl-h open 'replace' window
* set 'replace unit' to 'Line'
* set 'If' to:

Note: should use double backslash for path name like: d:\\test\\B.txt
Need replace pioneer version 2.58 and above to support function import_values
